Northeastern University Graduate Certificate In Intelligence-Led Policing

Graduate Certificate In Intelligence-Led Policing - an online program from Northeastern's College of Professional Studies.

I don't know anything about this program... does anyone out there have information/opinion about it?

    All of their courses are showing as "This course is not offered at this time. Please check back."...

    I am wondering if they abandoned the Web Design certificate in favor of their Interactive Design Certificate.... not sure on that. Seems like they had something going since there is no other graduate level certificate in Web Design in the Boston & Providence area (to my knowledge, a few schools offer a normal certificates).
