- this doesn't suggest that the veterans will be recruited, or that they hate their country, or that they are susceptible to recruitment. Sensibly, it merely raises the possibility.
If this is the reason for the change in personnel, then perhaps we are now back to the good old pre-Obama days of shooting the messenger?
