The CISC Sleipnir work referred to in the link is actually also a forthcoming chapter in the second edition of 'Strategic Thinking in Criminal Intelligence', to be published by Federation Press in April 2009.
Other new chapters include 'Mulitagency partnerships' by Ray Guidetti from the NJ Fusion Center, and 'Intelligence products and their dissemination' from Mark Evans, National Manager: Intelligence for the New Zealand Police.
